What is the delivery time?

• Riyadh: Delivery within 1–2 business days.
• Outside Riyadh (within Saudi Arabia): 3–5 business days.
• Outside Saudi Arabia: 7–10 business days.
• Estimated delivery times may vary and can take up to 10 business days in some cases.

What payment methods are accepted?

At Hmsak, we offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience:

• MADA
• Visa
• Apple Pay
• Cash on Delivery (additional fees may apply)

All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

Can I return a product?

Yes, we provide a 3ml sample of the same purchased fragrance for testing purposes.

You may try the attached sample, and if the fragrance does not suit you, you can easily return the product by submitting a request through the Return Platform.

This service is offered to avoid opening the original perfume bottle. Therefore, we kindly apologize that opened products cannot be returned.

Important Notes:

• Orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are non-returnable.
• Offers that include more than one perfume are not eligible for partial refunds.
• Hmsak samples are non-returnable products.
• Cash on Delivery is a paid service that requires the customer to receive the order and pay on time. If the product is returned after delivery, the service fee will be deducted accordingly.

How long is the return period?

The return period is seven (7) days from the date of order receipt.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the returned product reaches us and its condition is verified, the refund will be processed and transferred to your account within 3 to 5 business days.
